Privacy

These terms apply to the Quantum Civilization Private Observatory and to Quantum Strategic Intelligence commissions. Payments are processed by Stripe; Quantum Civilization never receives or stores card details.

Paid services are provided and invoiced by KRYONIS Sovereign Systems Limited (Hong Kong), the founder's company, which operates Quantum Civilization's research services. The Stripe checkout page, receipts and card statements show this company name.

Private Observatory membership

• Fee: €75 per month, charged in advance through Stripe on each monthly renewal date until cancelled.
• Activation: access is activated automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. A welcome email with an activation link is sent to the email address used at checkout.
• Access: the protected research environment, member briefings, analyses, scenarios and the members' archive, for as long as the subscription is active.
• Cancellation: at any time from Account → Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the period already paid; no further charges follow.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, access is paused until the payment method is updated in the billing portal.
• Right of withdrawal: consumers in the European Union may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By requesting immediate access to digital content you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once access has been provided.
• Use: member publications are for the member's own use and may not be redistributed.

Quantum Strategic Intelligence commissions

• Fee: from €950 per research assignment. The fee for each assignment is confirmed in writing together with the scope, deliverables and timeline, and is payable only after that confirmation.
• Scope: one defined research question; a typeset PDF report with referenced evidence and strategic implications; one revision round within the agreed question. Work beyond the confirmed scope requires a new written confirmation.
• Delivery: within the number of business days confirmed in writing, counted from payment.
• Cancellation: a full refund is given if the client cancels before work begins. After work has begun, the institution delivers the study as agreed.
• Exclusions: no laboratory or experimental work, no proprietary third-party information, no investment advice or forecasts of returns, and no guarantee of scientific discovery.

Privacy notice

• Data processed: for members, email address, password hash, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status; for commissions, the contact and request details you submit and the agreed terms.
• Purpose: providing membership access, delivering commissioned studies, billing and legal record-keeping.
• Processors: Stripe (payments and billing), Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage) and Resend (transactional email).
• Retention: member records for the duration of membership and as required for accounting; commission requests that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months.
• Rights: you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention duties.
